If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the product in its original packaging. Returns are only sent by post.

Products are shipped by Courier Company (Geniki Taxydromiki).  Free delivery for orders over €50. For orders below €50 the delivery cost is €2.50.

Delivery times depend on the shipment destination:

• 1 - 4 working days: for orders within Attica, Thessaloniki and large cities
• 2 - 5 working days: for orders in the rest of Greece

During sales or promotion periods and special campaigns, deliveries may suffer delays.

If you have purchased an item online, we offer the option of requesting a size or color exchange. You can exchange an item, by returning it in its original packaging, within 30 days from the date of delivery, following the return process. Since all returns are shipped at your own risk, we recommend that they are well packed in a sealed parcel.

To make an exchange, you need to fill in the return form included in your order package. Indicate the items you wish to exchange, the reason of exchange and the new size or color you wish to receive. The return form must be included in the parcel of the returned items.

Delivered within:

• 1 to 4 working days: for orders within Attica, Thessaloniki and in large cities.
• 2 - 5 working days: for orders in the rest of Greece

Payment is made before the product delivery, in the following ways:

• Credit / Prepaid Card with Transaction Security via the online payment platform "Viva Wallet"
• Cash upon delivery at a cost of €3.00

Note:

Transactions are made through a secure environment and all data remain private when sent to the website.

Delivery via courier company: As long as you fill in your details and Delivery Address correctly, the courier company (Geniki Taxydromiki) will ensure the quickest delivery time. The cash upon delivery cost is €3.00. Shipping cost is free for orders over €50, while orders below €50 have a delivery fee of €2.50 per order.
