Orders are shipped via Geniki Taxydromiki and BOX NOW.

Geniki Taxydromiki (Greece)

Shipping Cost

• Free shipping for orders over €50
• For orders below this amount: €2.50

Delivery Times

• 1 to 4 business days for Athens, Thessaloniki, and major urban centers
• 2 to 5 business days for the rest of Greece

BOX NOW – Pickup from Locker

With BOX NOW, you can collect your order from the locker of your choice, 24/7, without waiting for the courier.

• Select BOX NOW at checkout
• Pick up from the nearest locker at your convenience
• Receive a PIN as soon as your parcel is available

For returns via BOX NOW, prior contact with Customer Service is required.

Summer Period (16/06/2025 – 15/10/2025)

Due to increased distribution costs, deliveries to the following areas: Zakynthos, Corfu, Lefkada, Mykonos, Rhodes, and Santorini will only be available through local Geniki Taxydromiki service points.

Shipping to Cyprus (via Geniki Taxydromiki)

Orders to Cyprus are shipped exclusively with Geniki Taxydromiki, offering two options:

• Fast Delivery (Air Transport)
  Cost: €20
  Delivery Time: up to 5 business days

• Standard Delivery (Sea Transport)
  Cost: €10
  Delivery Time: up to 15 business days

Note: The shipping costs are non‑refundable.
