Returns

If your purchase did not meet your expectations, you can easily return the product in its original packaging. Returns are accepted only via courier or Box Now.

Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in sealed packaging.
• The purchase receipt must be included in the parcel.
• Products with damage, opened packaging, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Return Process via Geniki Taxydromiki

1. Fill out the Return Form included in your order or download it from the e-shop.

2. Place the product, the form, and the receipt in a sealed parcel.
3. Contact your local Geniki Taxydromiki branch and send the parcel to:
   The Bostonians, Kalyftaki 5, Kifisia, 14564

Return Process via Box Now

1. Contact Customer Service at [email/phone] to receive instructions and the required return voucher.
2. Fill out the Return Form included in your order or download it from here.
3. Place the product, the form, and the receipt in a sealed parcel.
4. Visit your nearest Box Now locker and send the parcel.

Return Costs

• The first return is free of charge, provided you use Geniki Taxydromiki.
• If you choose another courier or request a second return, the shipping cost is covered by the customer.

Exchanges

• Accepted only for the same product code, in a different color or size.
• The unwanted product must be returned first before the exchange process begins.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the receipt and inspection of the returned product.
