Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the product in its original packaging. Returns can be made via courier or BOX NOW (available only in Greece).

Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in sealed packaging.
• The purchase receipt must be included in the parcel.
• Returns of products with damage, opened packaging, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Return Process via Geniki Taxydromiki

1. Complete the Return Form included in your order or download it from our e-shop.
   (Click here to download the Return Form)
2. Place the product, the form, and the receipt in a sealed parcel.
3. Contact your local Geniki Taxydromiki store and send the parcel to:
   The Bostonians, Kalyftaki 5, Kifisia, 14564, Greece

Return Process via BOX NOW (Greece Only)

1. Contact Customer Service to receive instructions and the required return voucher.
2. Complete the Return Form.
3. Place the product, the form, and the purchase receipt in a sealed parcel.
4. Visit the nearest Box Now locker and send the parcel.

Return Costs

• Greece: The first return is free of charge when using Geniki Taxydromiki. If you choose another courier or require a second return, the shipping cost is covered by the customer.
• Cyprus: Free first return does not apply. In case of a return or exchange, shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Exchanges

• Accepted only for the same product code in a different color or size.
• The unwanted product must be returned first before the exchange process begins.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 15 business days after the product is received and inspected.
