Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the product in its original packaging. Returns are by post only.
Changes are only accepted on the same code in a different color and size, and the product you do not want must be returned and the exchange process initiated.
First you must fill in the return form included in the order or you can download and print it from the e-shop (click here to download the Return Form).
You must send via courier the product with the original receipt and return form, otherwise no return will be accepted, without any exceptions. The return process begins as soon as we receive the product, and as long as the product meets the return conditions (not damaged, opened, etc.).
The receipt must be included for all returns, without any exceptions.
If you wish to return your order, you can easily return it, in the original packaging within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order, following the return procedure. Returned products are posted at your own risk, so we recommend that they are well packed in a sealed parcel.
All returned products must be in the original condition you received them. Any wear or damage caused will result in non-acceptance of the return, without any exceptions.
In order to return the product to THE BOSTONIANS, you should contact the branch of the courier company "Geniki Taxydromiki" that serves you and send the parcel to the address Kalyftaki 5, Kifissia, 14564. THE BOSTONIANS assumes the costs of the (first) return of the order, as long as the return is made with the company we work with (Geniki Taxydromiki). In the event that you choose another company for the return, or if the same order needs to be returned again, the costs are borne exclusively by you and vary depending on the company, the weight of the package, etc.
The refund process takes place within fifteen (15) working days of the receipt of the product.
Important
- You can return the product you purchased as long as it is unused and in its original condition, and its packaging has not been opened in any way.
- Garments and footwear from which the tag has been removed, or which have been used beyond the testing process, are not returned.
- In case of a return, it is necessary to have the original receipt of purchase inside the package.
- If some or all of the above conditions are not met, THE BOSTONIANS has the right not to accept the return of the specific product. In this case, the product is returned to its sender, who bears the shipping costs.
